After Rome, we went to a town called Sienna in Tuscany. I told Dustin that I had always wanted to go to Tuscany and it was everything I thought it would be. It was so neat. I would LOVE to move there one day. The architeture was so neat! They also had some pretty good shopping as well. Everyone drives scooters over there. We were shocked when we saw a mid sized car. The streets are so full of people and are so small that it was next to impossible to drive around. We bought an oil painting from a street artist here of a Tuscan country side.
The next day we went to Florence. Yes, we saw The David and I took a pic of it! I didn't take just 1, but 2! I got caught taking the 2nd one though and got in trouble. We also went to the Ufizi and saw some famous paintings. After that, Dustin and I decided to go the Pitti Palazo. It was so neat. After our HIKE to the top of the palace grounds, we enjoyed a beautiful 360 degree view of all of Florence.
The following day, we went to Cremona. This was my least favorite. The hotel was really nice, but the town was pretty boring. We went to the Stradivarian Museum. It was neat but after everything we had already seen, it wasn't anything too special. That night, the choir sang in another mass in the Duomo. I've been to more Mass in the last 2 weeks than I have ever cared to attend in my life.

Wait, are you telling me they won't let you take pictures of the David statue? Do they say why? I'm curious...
Oh, and I wanted to say that when I went to France in 8th grade, one of our last things we did was go to the Louvre, and I remember being so tired, that after I'd seen the Mona Lisa and a couple of other really famous ones I just sat on this bench and stared at the ceiling for like an hour. I was SO tired! I sure did appreciate the detailing of that ceiling though! I hope some day I get to see Europe NOT on a go, go, go basis. The problem is there is just SO much to see! I don't know how you don't have to see it like that!
Florence must have been amazing! I forgot about that place (I've just heard about it a lot it seems).
Cool! It looks like Italy - so much fun!
Holy beautiful! Keep posting more pictures, because I know you have way more. I can't wait to see them.
