Elle' and Garret

While Tricia & Ben were on their cruise a few weeks ago, Dustin and I got to hang out with Carter, Elle' and Garrett for a day while we were waiting for Polli to get in town. We thought it would only be Sunday night and Monday morning. But due to some fun travel adventures with Polli's plane, I got to hang out with them all day Monday as well. When Carter was at school, Elle' and Garrett and I got to hang out and play. They LOVED the camera on my laptop. This kept them busy for at least an hour! It was great! I asked Elle' what she wanted for her birthday that was coming up and she said a computer that would take her picture like mine. And it needed to be pink too. Here are some of the still pictures they took and one of the Many video's they recorded of themselves. Elle' would do something funny and then say, can we watch now?? It was a lot of fun!

I got a call this morning from Elle'. This is how the conversation went:

Elle: Hi Aunt Ju-la.
Me: Hey Ell-Bell, what you doing?
Elle': Just playing.
(I hear my sister in the back ground: Ask her what you wanted to ask her earlier...)
Elle': Um, Aunt Ju-la, on your next birthday, can I come to a party?
Me: Of course you can! It wont be for a long time but I would love it if you came!! Maybe we will have to have one a little earlier, huh?
Elle': YEAH!!! OK, talk to you later.
Tricia gets on the phone and tells me that she was playing on the couch and out of the blue asks if she can come to my next party. So she told her to call and ask me.

Yeah, my birthday isn't until September. lol. I love that I have such a great relationship with all my nieces and nephews! I love being an Aunt!
