Happy 29th on 9/9!!

I can't believe I'm 29 years old! Where did the last 10 years go? Seriously, time has flown by. I've been so lucky to be able to spend so much time with my sweet husband! As you can see, I got SPOILED! My "cake" was chocolate covered strawberries in the shape of a 29. How CuTe is that!??! My big present was a pair of princess cut sapphire earrings. Love them!!!


The evening of my birthday, we went to see My Big Fat Utah Wedding at the good, old Desert Star Playhouse. It was so funny. I was a little worried because I've seen it before, but much to my surprise, they changed it pretty much entirely. It was, as always, really funny!


I took the following day off work so we could celebrate the whole weekend long. And celebrate, we did!! We drove south to Mesquite to hang out in the sun. We also went over to Vegas so I could do more shopping at H&M!!! And go to dinner at MonAmi at the Paris! YUM!! We were pretty tired from driving, so we walked across the street to the show at Bellagio and then drove back to Mesquite to go to bed! The next day, I laid by the pool and read my book. So nice and relaxing! That night we drove in to St. George to see Crazy For You at Tuacahn. It was such a great show!


I know this year will bring lots of new changes. Sometimes fun and other challenging, but mostly FUN! I can't wait! The last REAL year of my 20's... I have a feeling I might say I'm 29 for a long time...
