This year my birthday was on 09/09/09. How often does that happen? For the past 1 1/2 years, yes before last year's birthday even happened, I have been looking forward to this year. I've been telling Dustin I wanted to do something really cool for it, like go on a cruise! That's exactly what we did. We actually went a week after due to a choir concert, that he didn't get to sing in anyway.
We went on Royal Caribbeans, Mariner of the Seas to Mexico!! The ship alone was so fun. With 3 full days at sea, we had plenty of time to do just about everything on the ship. We met new friends, dressed up for formal night, watched the ocean from our balcony, had dinner at Johnny Rockets, discoed with the servers at Johnny Rockets, played some mini golf, climbed the rock wall, played a little bingo and learned a new game or 2. The only thing we didn't do was ice skate or in-line skate.

At port, we took advantage of all we could! We went Parasailing and played on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. Went played in the ocean, on a banana boat ride and horseback riding on the beach in Mazatlan. Went on a canopy tour (zip line) through the rain forest in Puerto Vallarta. And, of course, we (I) shopped at all the ports. We got some Christmas shopping done and lots of trinkets for Dustin and I.
We had such a great time!! I am already planning our next one. Let me know if anyone wants to join in on the fun!
