Merry Christmas!!

We have had so much fun this holiday season! Every year, we get together with our friends Dallin and Emilee and make Gingerbread houses. Dustin and I did the boring regular houses while Emilee found a Super cute Princess Castle. I have to admit, I was a little jealous of it. It turned out Really cute too. Dallin made a White Trash Trailer House, complete with cars on the grass and all. It was a lot of fun. My house had some minor problems... Lets just say, I should have made a wall in to a garage... After I "fixed" my "wall" that fell down a million times, the whole house started to collapse. Truthfully, I don't know how its still standing or how I had the patience to finish it!

We had some friends over for dinner earlier this week. We all use to work together at Gregory & Swapp. Jaci is the only one left there though. Hopefully, not for too much longer though, right? ;) We missed Kellee's hubby, Tracy, he had to work and we were glad that Jaci's niece Nichole was able to come and hang out. It was so fun to all get together! It's funny how you go from seeing each other almost every day to not seeing each other for months. I hope this is a new tradition and we can at least all get together at Christmas every year. Thanks all for making the trek to Happy Valley!

We spent Christmas Eve at the Robison's this year. We always have good food when we all get together. The kids all played in a puppet Nativity. It was really cute and funny. Garrett kept running out from behind the blanket. He must of thought that donkeys run around so he needed to really play the part. Abigail played some Christmas music on the violin for us. Then we did our gift exchange. The kids all draw names and the adults have a rotation. This is what all the kids look forward to all night. Abigail was so cute at the beginning of the night, she was holding her present for Elle' and couldn't wait to give it to her. My parents had our name and got us Dancing With the Stars for the Wii. The kids were so beat by the end of the night. I had to get this pic of Maddie. She was just staring trying not to fall asleep.

Christmas morning was really nice! I think both Dustin and I went overboard with presents with each other. It was hard to remember that we already got our present (the TV) while we were out shopping. I got some Ugg slippers (so I'll stop wearing his... he got the hint!), some new snow pants, a new picture (Beside Still Waters by Greg Olsen) and... A NEW PHONE!! YAY!! It's a super nice one! Santa spoiled me! Dustin got some new PJ's, a BYU sweatshirt and t-shirt, 2 pairs of shoes, some temple clothes and a new suit!! He was pretty spoiled too.
Christmas day, we were able to visit my Grandma. It's always nice to visit with her. We went to my parents and had some prime rib for dinner and got spoiled by my parents again. Then we went to Dustin's parents and spent the remainder of the evening with them. We got spoiled again up there.
Earlier in the week, we also went to dinner with my family at The Garden at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Afterwards, we walked around temple square. Somehow the pictures didn't transfer to my computer and were deleted before I realized it.
Sorry everyone that I told I would send a picture to.
We were so fortunate to spend so much time with our families this month. It has been such a happy time of year for us. It's hard to remember the true spirit of Christmas in the midst of all the shopping and hustling and bustling but it really helps when you can spend the time with family members and loved ones.
We hope that everyone has had a wonderful Christmas Season and were able to remember the true meaning of Christmas!!!
